The location had a big mosquito problem and hosted many outdoor events, and I have wanted bat boxes for my Eagle project since I was 7, so I built 5 bat boxes for them.

I built a box to collect flags that need to be retired and placed it at Kirk of Kildaire in Cary, NC. Instead of addressing a need I came up with a project and looked for a beneficiary to host it. It addresses a national need for flags to be retired properly

I worked with Dr. Lisa Paciulli at NC State to help her gather information on her undergraduate researchers. Information included things like training dates, what project they were working on, and contact I then organized it in a way that it would be easy to access and reusable in the future and taught her and her team how to use it. She was able to use it to identify cap training and address the situation.
