About the project
Second Baptist Church until now had no AED units at all in the building, except for one, out of date unit. My project was to install 5 AED units around prominently used parts of the building, such as the fellowship hall, sanctuary, halls, etc. I led my team to assemble them, put them on the wall, and drill in placards and signs to create visibility. They also were featured in a training video that I made, which was later given to the church. I received a grant to make this project happen. With the remaining funds, I gave them back to the beneficiary for future maintenance of the units.
Community impact
Second Baptist Church is now more safe because of the installation video of these AEDs.
